laughing at myself behind my back

laughing at myself behind my back

hee hee hee, don’t tell me.

funk-a-ling-a-ling

      funk-a-ling-a-ling

a little bit of fun for these times. Bam’s funk orchestra with a liberal smattering of cheese and ducks. I suggest headphones to sample the usual noise-a-lings.

the relentless march of nothingness

      the relentless march of nothingness

a relentless onslaught of the usual nonsensical noises, marching one after the other in a seemingly never ending aural assault with a reggae style half-time beat. Why?

restless

      restless

essentially a deep house disco hybrid with a hynotic (some may say repetitive) beat and featuring a random assortment of the noises I seem to favour. Once in a while it’s ok to listen to loud music. This track will work best best loud and through headphones.

didn’t anybody tell you?

      didn't anybody tell you?

a rather retro mix of funk, disco, Turkish makams and the usual nonsense featuring some stirling bass work by Boa Dubless and strong beats by Ed Thrums in this dare I say it, prog funk disco track.

on angels’ shoulders

      on angels' shoulders

a slow 2-step track with dubstep, orchestral and industrial elements make for a strange and heavy piece full of glitches and ethereal noises.

monsters…

      monsters

… big, medium and small rattling around in your head, all friendly but very noisy.

playing on Mars

      playing on Mars

a piece driven by an aggressive beat and buzzy bass with a surfeit of lushness, eerie noises, obligatory quirkiness to lighten the mood and some glitches for good m-m-mea-su-sure. Best with headphones and written for the fictitious game “playing on Mars” (imagine buzzing around in a fast hovercraft and stopping every now and then to …..)
